We promote employee ownership and participatory ownership culture that empowers workers to think and act like business owners in Slovenia and the wider region. We do so by carrying out research and policy work. ownership restructuring, developing and conducting learning and development programs for key stakeholders, and providing advocacy services for employee-owned businesses.

By introducing innovative models of employee ownership and participatory governance, we foster social justice, economic efficiency, social and environmental sustainability, workers’ dignity, and community-anchored business ownership.

We study international best practice, develop new models, and consult on legislation which is needed to regulate and incentivize employee ownership in the region.

From conducting financial analyses, carrying out ownership restructuring, developing and implementing uniquely tailored learning and development programs, to helping companies with communication strategies – we’ve got it all covered.

We strive to bring public and political attention to employee ownership by establishing a strong digital presence, organizing public events, and creating international advocacy networks.
