She obtained a double MA’s degree in Philosophy and English Language and Literature at the University of Ljubljana, with a semester spent at the University of Barcelona, followed by another MA’s at the University of Leiden, where she graduated in International Relations, specializing in political economy. Her research focused on the institutional responsibility for poverty from the perspective of social and economic human rights. After building her experience internationally in institutions and organizations like Oxfam Ireland, European Commission, youth NGO sector in Greece, and the private sector, she joined IED in 2021. Her focus now is on developing and implementing customized learning and development programs for companies transitioning into employee ownership.
