The 2023 Congress of Economic Democracy will be dedicated to discussing the possibilities of promoting employee ownership in the Slovenian economy. It will primarily address two anticipated legislative proposals in the field of employee ownership and the role of financial instruments in supporting the transfer of ownership to employees.

The goal of the congress is to present the expected development of employee ownership in Slovenia to political decision-makers and institutional stakeholders and to provide insights into the necessity of a supportive infrastructure that would contribute to the advancement of corporate social responsibility in the Slovenian economy.
